stuartcr ~:” When it is necessary or in the best interest of the country? “

Not stated , or limited to the best interests of the country !

How about declaring certain organizations, or persons as “Enemies of the State “
Such as : NRA , “Tea Party” , Second Amendment supporters, Republicans , etc., ..ad infinitum , ad noseaum ...
Without Juris Prudence and Judicial Process ,
where are the limitations ?
This opens up a whole new issue , and without Judicial Process , it is conceiveably possible to eliminate any opposition to the current regieme.
We already have a US Attourney General who says that Judicial process can be overlooked
for due process ( think administrative hearings, kangaroo courts , etc.)

It’s coming. Remember that Bill Ayres once promised he’d do his best to kill 25 million conservatives to make way for his communist Utopia. And Obozo is one of his best friends.
