It it my firm belief that every American should have medical care. The very poor and unemployed are left to rely on emergency treatment only. And then the liability does not end there. What Governor Romney did in MA was an attempt to help all rich or poor Americans. Basically it was a good idea that needed tweaking and it was a State decision and program. Federalizing a program is not constitutional and would result in corrupting America to become a communist control form if left unchecked. Obamacare is a rotten joke.

Is it your firm belief that every American should have a plentiful supply of food? Or adequate shelter? Or a telephone? Or a car?

Is health care a right and an obligation of government to provide it? What level of medical care should be provided?

“It is my firm belief that every American should have medical care”

So you’re a socialist. Good to know.

“...it was a State decision and program. Federalizing a program is not constitutional”

The only problem with Obamacare is that it’s unconstitutional? Socialusm is a-okay—or a good idea in need of tweaking—so long as it’s on the state level? What else should states be doing? Banning profits? Requiring licenses for all businesses whatsoever? Confiscatory tax rates? Free three square meals a day for everybody? Free university education? Gubmint takeover of fast food joints? Mandatory wearing of unisex jumpsuits in public, so as not to stand out from your fellowman and possibly make others feel bad?

I’m just curious how far you go.
