This happened to a buddy of mine. I posted this a few weeks ago. He lost his rifles because a crazy woman filed a bogus charge against him. She never showed up to court and he never got his rifles back. This happened over ten years ago. I had a similar situation 2 years back. Mine went to the pawn shop (out of my legal possession, but still owned by me), and were reclaimed without incident.
