Texas Gov. Rick Perry is continuing his effort to lure businesses away from San Diego by taking to the airwaves.
Fueled by the November passage of Proposition 30, which raised sales and some income taxes, Perry has voiced an ad that will run on six radio stations in the state - including KCQB 1170 in San Diego - inviting people to go east.

I can’t stand Perry, but I LOVE THIS. Stick it in their faces...they want their messed up state, they got it!!!
Would he do that? lol!
Dear Californians,
Come to Texas! It’s paradise with scrubby plants!
Sure, most illegal immigrants bypass it and head for California, but what do they know?!
You like the heat?! Well, we got heat here, and, bonus — we got the humid! California ain’t got no humid!
Also, it’s much, much flatter here! Who needs Half Dome when you could have... flat!
And remember the Alamo? Now, that there’s a tourist money-maker as well as something to be proud of! Hey, California — call us when YOU lose a battle with Mexico! HA!
Signed,
Rick Perry
Diego.
I could agree to that... if he and his pro-ILLEGAL alien policies stay out of Washington.
It’s not good that kids in Texas are designing socialist flags, but kids in California are living socialist lives.
Wish Perry would cut that crap out. The last thing we need are more smartass liberals who think they are God’s gift to mankind.
Sank my Diego.
:-)
Gosh, if Perry runs for president, the republicans may lose California because of this statement, he almost makes California sound irrelevant to conservative politics.
La Raza Rick, the 14-year King of Texas ? Wasn’t one fiasco of a campaign enough ? This guy needs to get a real job.
Ya think you're going to change anything in the U.S. by traditional means, like voting?
Looking at the U.S. state of affairs, hows that worked out for ya in the past several decades?
The electoral process has been undermined and compromised...Some of ya just haven't quite figured it out yet.
Keep at it, you might get it one of these days.
He has no problem doing it for illegals. Have a bleeding heart.
Perry said there are three reasons California businesses should move to Texas:
“One is low taxes. Two is low unemployment. And three is ....uh....uh....ooops.”
Hopefully, businesses that take up Perry on his offer to move to Texas aren’t run by the same scumbag liberal Democrats who flushed California down the toilet with their votes.
Share your plan, evidently it has something to do with California prevailing over Texas somehow.
lol! Good one!
*whispering* Illegals. Lotsa illegals.
Civil War 2: Electric Boogaloo.
I have no idea what you’re talking about.
