Regarding your question about hormone injections, yes, they can be used for the purpose you mentioned.
Since the article dosent get specific about which drugs are being injected, I can only speculate but I would assume you are correct
That was the only “use” I could think of. It is so being nauseatingly horrible I can’t think of words to describe it. I hope thousands of parents sue the crap out of the individuals who did it, the NY City school system, all the lawmakers who passed the law, and Bloomberg. And anyone else involved. Beggar them.
All of the hormonal contraceptives are, of course, endocrine disruptors. They talk about "respecting a young woman's health" and then they spay her like a a bitch. I would not put endocrine disruptors in my compost pile.
