Kristin Chenoweth says she was the victim of a screaming, angry gate agent who bullied her and embarrassed her when she tried to board an American Airlines flight with her emotional support dog ... and now the airline is begging for her forgiveness.
TMZ has learned, the altercation went down this week as Kristin boarded a flight from Dallas to L.A.. We're told Kristin had her emotional support dog in tow -- as she always does -- when she was confronted by a gate agent supervisor who claimed Kristin didn't have the proper paperwork to bring the dog on board.

I always used my emotional support scotch and water on planes. :-)
I think that would make me throw up.
The cancellation of GCB I bet took a toll.
Don’t let her fool you.
Inside that glass is one very giddy support gold fish.
LOL...there are penalties for trying to ‘break out of the joint’...live and learn!
“emotional support pet” has been bastardized to the point of meaningless. It has been used to circumvent the no pets rules.
Service animals are allowed but they actually have to be service pets. Emotional support should and has to be certified by an MD not a chiropractor or some “shrink” to the stars.
Also doctors should be on the hook for false aid certification. I believe in this one department the ADA actually does allow inquiry. (ie for a death, trama etc. and not spoiled brat syndrome)
This is a special ADA Entitlement Match, 1 fall, 15 minute time limit:
Canine-phobic Woman vs Emotional Support Dog Woman
IN A CAGE!!!!
LOL!!!
in that case all Democrat Party members would demand to fly free as mentally disabled.
wow....I never used tongs with my much smaller snakes for feeding
lesson learned...over and over
that dude or dudette bites and yow...fast too
like the Steve Earle song....shoots as fast as lightning but loads a mite slow
handling snakes takes a talent I lacked
Nice! How do the kitties interact with him!?
I feeel for her. We have two mini-poodles we would love to get registered as emotional suppport dogs and take on our next trip, they double as foot and lap warmers and test all of our food too.. If Alaska and Princess Cruises will allow us to visit, why not them? love salmon too
as to rude agents,, almost all of them are sweethearts or so I hear,, I don’t fly much anymore..
The law is not always sensible.
“Emotional service animals” in otherwise pet-free housing? Maybe. On-board commercial aircraft? No way.
The focus needs to be on the animal, not the human.
If the animal has the appropriate temperament and training to minimize the risk of its presence to the general public, then it may be appropriate to permit the animal into public spaces. Service dogs meet these two criteria.
But from the definition provided above, “emotional support animals” are merely house pets. The distinction between an ordinary house pet and an “emotional support animal” lies in the human who owns the animal, not the animal, itself. That's the wrong focus.

LOL!
(insert your favorite pig here)Rosie O’Donnell flew out
of Phili? Wow pigs can fly.
At what point does the safety, health, & peace of mind of the OTHER passengers have merit? Will other passengers be forewarned that a dog will be in the cabin, to avoid problems with the very common malady of allergy? Some folks DIE from exposure to an allergen! If peanuts are banned, how can an airline risk the consequences of having ANY animal in the passenger cabin?
Nothing would please me more or make my trip more pleasant than having my beloved dog sitting next to me on an airliner. But, that would be inconsiderate of other passengers that may not appreciate him as I do.
As individuals, we all have our different limitations. There are places I cannot go because of the climb. Sometimes, I must be left behind. But, that's life, & I have no right to impose on others.
Ditto and don’t care to, either..LOL.
The ones under 3 years old are the only ones I really *need* to use tongs with.
The older Boas have ‘learned’ that the food will simply be placed in their house where they can pick it up when they want to.
I guess the smaller ones are just hungrier and more impetuous.
Two of my Boas had reputations for biting.
Three of them [including 2 smallish 2 year olds] were being handled with welding gloves by their former owner.
They’ve never so much as nipped at me.
I think they might be able to sense fear or nervousness, just like dogs do.
[or huge ridiculous welding gloves freaked them out] ;]
When I went to get the smallish Hypo Jungle and Albino
girls, the only reason I took Ruby, the 7+’ ‘common’ girl was because her wonderful enclosure was not being cleaned due to their fear of her biting them.
She’s been perfectly polite here.
The one in the photo is Bob, my love bunny.
He’d never bite on purpose.
[he’s gotten much harder to carry since that was taken, though...growth spurt]
What kind did you have, if I may ask?
I don’t have any cats, now.
He was a bit too over-interested in the cat we used to have so the cat went to a friend who works at our local PetCo.
The dogs are fine with them, however.
