"Don’t they work, play, improve their community, volunteer?"

This came up a few years ago at our local town festival. A local gay guy decided he didn't feel comfortable going to the festival because "his people" weren't represented.

So he set about to have included in the festival schedule, events denoted as "gay activities". He couldn't understand why the organizers would not allow such an entry to be put in the schedule.

He kept standing there at the meeting and saying it was discrimination. The people running the meeting told him it was exactly the opposite. See, they explained the listed activities on the schedule were for ALL people not just a limited few. Still he did not recognize the hypocrisy of his stance.

Finally someone told him "straight" up that his idea of denoting activities would sound like the committee was limiting the events to people of a certain sexual orientation of course he said it wouldn't then the person asked: "Well, what would the public think if we listed events as "Black" Activities, or "African American Activities"? He looked taken aback and while he stood there trying to think of something to say, someone in the back of the crowd shouted: "What the hell IS a "gay activity" anyhow? Bobbing for sausage? Naked Leapfrog?" and then the room exploded with laughter and the gay guy stormed out, never to be heard from again.

I wish someone would have videoed it. It was priceless!

Similar experience last year at the local Memorial Day parade.

Bands, lots of American flags, honor guards, antique cars, fire trucks, army vehicles, ROTC marching, typical small town parade.

The queers were marching in the parade. They had a rainbow banner and were really flaunting their decadent lifestyle. The spectators, much given to whooping it up to the bands, etc., went completely silent as the fags marched by. It was as if the homos were surrounded by a cone of silence.

As a reminder, Queers: "We are the 3.4%."

That’s a good example of how homosexual persons are actually NOT “discriminated against” or “excluded”. It sounds like no one was banning him or any other individuals suffering from disordered sexual attractions from attending or participating in this fair. Supposedly not having everyone else go out of their way to applaud him and his sex life must be how he defines “hatred” and “persecution”. Talk about malignant narcissism.
