Here’s a tinfoil hat idea...with all these drugs out there like Prozac, Ritalin, etc.; when and ow were they developed. There were congressional hearings on the MK Ultra program back in 1977. For those not familiar with the term, google it, but do we really think the government just shuts down programs.
