Luckily, Carter didn’t go full retard until he left the White House. If you read about his Presidency, you will find that he really wanted to balance the budget and cut spending. This ticked off many of his fellow Dems.

The person I most despise is Ted Kennedy. Obama is a close second, followed by the likes of Barney Frank, John Kerry, and Chuck Schumer.

What’d they call Carter? A technocrat, or something? I think he used to attend to the minutiae and details, more than most presidents, who handled the big picture and left details to subordinates.
