i think he broke the faa regulations by claiming he has a private plane that is just for his use - and he never ‘rents it our’ (charter)
if he DID break the faa regulations, my guess is there will be a huge fine and possibly lose his certificate
the rules are VERY different for someone that wants to fly their own plane for their personal use - and someone that runs a charter business - and i REALLY doubt he can afford to meet those charter business regulations
plane owners are VERY cautious about this - but this doctor has just screwed himself - because he was flying his buddy to rape children in a country where its legal - but his buddy (menendez) cannot accept a free gift because of congressional ethics rules - when menendez got caught, he quietly wrote a check to his ‘doctor’ buddy child rapist
sloopz a vengeful sob about this kinda stuff - i cannot get them prosecuted, but i might be able to get the faa to go after that ‘doctor’ child rapist
