Seems to me he can’t be “morally straight” unless he’s straight, either.
Some things just aren’t that complicated.
As long as chastity is promoted in the Scouts it shouldn’t be a problem, at least as far as the boys are concerned. None of them are married, none of them are supposed to be having sex. I guess there could be an argument about masturbation, and whether one would consider a boy who regularly masturbates to be sexually impure, but that hasn’t been brought up yet for discussion. The Scout troop my son is in expects absoulte chastity.
