It is hard for me to see how the judge would release them on bond unless either a new trial or dismissal of charges are in the works. I would appreciate any freepers with more legal experience than I explaining what the judges thought process might be.

These people were framed and abused by the law.

Wasn’t this the only arrest out of Ewwic Howder’s “Fast and Furious” song and dance?

There has got to be a means to amend our laws to allow prosecuting federal agents for knowingly filing false or trumped up charges in an attempt to get someone to plead to lessor charges. This bs has got to stop. And when anyone in a position of trust or a position of authority is found in violation of any law, the penalty should automatically be doubled.

(From a concernced local citizen)

They have to raise about $18,000+

They won’t be able to get out without the $ - which is ridiculous. Terri doesn’t have one of those monitors on.

They are working on trying to see if they will be permitted to use a bondsman (15%)

The government has a Notice of Lis Pendens on their property, so they can’t use their property to secure the bond.

The mountain property was put up as collateral for Terri’s bond, so they can’t use that. They don’t have anything else.

Terri’s been selling off as much as possible at the flea market and garage sales trying to raise money to live on. I purchased 6 chairs and a number of other items, and well as donated to the fund. Something I really can’t afford, but I know how I’d feel if roles were reversed.

Terri is having a land line phone installed, so that depends on how fast they can come out and get that done, as it is a requirement of release.

Ryin actually has a job waiting for him when he gets out !

One person came by my house last night and gave me $ to deposit in the defense fund account in town. He wants to remain anonymous

That’s understandable. Some people fear becoming a target of a vengeful local law enforcement. I told him about my suspicions about a number of events that happened early on in the case, things that I haven’t published – good peripheral book value type stuff that shows to what extent the government was going after them.
