Do you think you (or a family member) ever waited to catch a bus or train at a bus stop or metro station where some of the people around yuo were bangers or other degenerates, and therefore you deserved to become a crime victim for the company you keep?

If your honor kid rides a school bus,goes to a concert, drives through a neighborhood on the way to somewhere, or goes to a movie, or mall, or amusement park .... do you think there might be other kids in the vicinity who are targets of thugs?
