Pretty hard to read the numbers in that second photo, but they don’t look much different from the ones in the first photo.

Those two plate numbers look the same to me. I can clearly make out 872-YEO on the back of the car in the bottom picture. The only reason things may look different, is the fact that there is vegetation growing between the camera and the car in the bottom picture, and the bottom picture is just ever so slightly out of focus.

It’s plat3 # 872-YEO in the first pic and something that looks like an 8 or 6 72-Y 7 or E O for the second pic. Occam’s Norelco tells me that the 8 or 6 is probably an 8 and that the 7 or E is probably an E.

I is not the same car. Look at the bottom of the front bumper on the second picture. The bottom of the front bumper is metallic or silver/gray plastic.
