When you hit post, it will usually post even if there is no indication that it posted. Just back file away from the post page and what you posted will be on the thread.
If you hit post twice, there will be 2 posts.
Think the FR software gets hung up every now and then and doesn't send a confirmed post indicator.

I only hit post once. The poster that complained said the same thing happened to them. Maybe FR gets indigestion now and then and burps.
