Thanks, but Justice Story, like our wise Founders, had studied history and unlike our constitutionally-illiterate citizenry, he didn't need to be "briefed about" the possibility of some future arrogant and ambitious pretender misleading "the People" into yielding up their liberty. History is full of such examples!
