Rush’s talk about the libs wanting to ‘soften’ football (’so we don’t feel guilty when we watch a game,’ Obama said) encapsulates this. The lefties do not want REAL MEN. We women certainly do, though, and I believe even the liberal women do, deep down.

Please, guys, don’t listen to the lies. We women do not want Metrosexual men, not for husbands, not for boyfriends, not for sons. We like men the way God made them. And thanks to all of you who open doors at Starbucks and so forth. There are some real gems out there.

In appreciation —

That is among the absolute worst, strangest, and most bizarre commercials I have ever seen. It’s a new low in the cultural celebration of incompetence.

On the other hand, the father’s pitching skills in this commercial are certainly comparable to those of the current occupant of the White House...

The 19th amendment started all this. Sorry ladies, I love and respect you, but what makes you beautiful, and attractive to men, is what makes you a problem in politics.

Truer-words-never-spoken bump.

This is what you get (pansified men) when little boys are educated to be defensive about everything they are, by Communist-indoctrinated women, who were put up to it by Communist-inspired "educrats" who intend us no good.

They simply need to buy “super-size-me” pickups.

That seems to be the current substitute for manliness in my neck of the woods.

(Extra manliness points are awarded for tubular side steps and “barricade-buster” front guard.)

The alienation of masculine men from an increasingly femibized society is precisely the same pattern as the alienation of conservatism from Amerikan culture.

Conservatism is the evil male authority figure that says you have to make practical decisions, save for the future, and guard against unsavory individuals getting around your kids snd your home. Our present culture is that of the divorcee who is writing bad checks, trusting people she shouldn’t, letting children run wild and denying Conservatives visitation, their only input is paying her bills.

Well, I guess it wasn't you that reamed me out for holding a door open for her many years ago... :-)

See Speaker Boner standing on a chair whenever he sees a mouse or a spider.

Or clinging to a chandelier and trying to pull himself up, whenever he sees a Democrat.

It is clear that the men of the political, theological, and cultural left have become weak of mind.
The brain washing is a long term event started in the 1930’s Marx,Fabion society and others. The weak are easy to train as the MSM knows all to well.

You might want to let go of that?? :) That rude young woman might be married with kids now and regret that she bought into that.

I would go further - men didn’t surrender their responsibilites, they eagerly threw them away. Abortion became a get out of jail free card for men.

You aren't wrong, but I think at some point in the distant future the answer will be more along the lines of allowing only productive people to vote. Yes, woman vote more on emotion than logic, but once you narrow it down to only women with a stake in society you'll have weeded out most of the dependent and minority women that are effectively just voting themselves (and those like them) more freebies.

That is going to be one of the great changes in future successful constitutional republics. Socialism will more clearly be written out of the national constitution and universal suffrage will end - with only productive citizens having the right to vote. Won't happen in our lifetimes, but I am guessing those are the two big changes that will build on the things America got right.

I agree. America is like an addict, or alcoholic, we are going to have to hit bottom before we can reform. The world is a cruel and unforgiving place, and America won’t be allowed to crash, and then pick herself up without serious challenges. I honestly don’t expect this country to ever be even a shadow of what it once was.

I expect the world to face a New Dark Ages, with the dual threat of communism and islam strangling freedom, and original thought. But, one day, a republic will rise, somewhere. And if that republic is to succeed over the long haul, I agree with you, only the productive CITIZENS can be allowed to vote.

If an amendment passes that prevent non-married people from voting, the Democrats will be out of power for decades to come.

Walk on a college campus in America these days and it is a consternation of anorexic bullimic “men” with sticky character figures and the most petri dishic femininist (a PC term for prostitutive, and not normal feminine behavior either) behaviors and speech and tatoos and what not.

Yup, probably so.

The world is a cruel and unforgiving place, and America won’t be allowed to crash, and then pick herself up without serious challenges. I honestly don’t expect this country to ever be even a shadow of what it once was.

I'm just not sure, but you very well could be right. When the sun seemed to be setting on the West in the last century, Thatcher, Reagan, Kohl, etc came along and saved the day. It's possible something like that will happen again. If it happened in the US, my guess is it would be a very charismatic conservative Hispanic person that could shift the voting patterns enough to give America another chance.

I expect the world to face a New Dark Ages, with the dual threat of communism and islam strangling freedom, and original thought.

It's possible. I definitely think there is a chance the West as we know it slides into generations of decline. But there is a chance in the East - particularly in China, India, parts of Asia. A huge middle class is blossoming there, and they are moving more towards what the US used to be. It may be that as the West declines, Asia rises to replace us as the dominant power in the world.

And if that republic is to succeed over the long haul, I agree with you, only the productive CITIZENS can be allowed to vote.

Exactly. I think future constitutional republics will build on what American did right. This will be one of the changes they implement. Sadly, none of us will probably be alive to see it.
