Does this now constitute "brandishing a weapon"?
Good Work.
Not enough details for an analysis. But next time, shoot higher. :)
Not victims are “alleged” too? Vince Foster, alleged victim. But then, what difference does it make at this point IN TIME?!
Should the alleged victim form a PAC to lobby candidates?
Is that really a picture of the “alleged” president? If so, where’s the fly? They must have photshopped it out.
He trying to look like a handgun? That's tough!
Many UNARMED people are robbed every YEAR..
A hard saying to liberals BUT IT IS TRUE..

How can they be so sure his hand wasn’t an assault handgun? Well I guess it technically was a hand gun! BWAHAHAHAHAHA
It had to be an assault hand gun.
I think his finger did have a bayonet mount and certainly a flash hider. And nearly everyone has a foldable stock for their trigger finger. And, my finger can fire thousands of rounds a second for hours! Even when I was a kid. So, I would imagine his could, too.
Verdict: assault finger/hand gun.
