Two reasons

One)White means Wealth, intelligence or or at least Safety, Stablity.

Two) Black means Trouble, Dangerous,violence or at best Unstablity.

It has absolutely nothing with the color of one's skin.

Whatever label that is fashionable at the time(think Colored, Negro, Black and now African-American) will became "tainted" in time and a new "empowering name" will be pushed upon the populace by the radicals to show political power and separation from the old, repressed "Toms" that are seen as compromised "by The Man"...

Until the African-American "culture" gets it act together like those of Asian culture that prizes hard work and family values, those who happen to have extra melanin will be see as inferior.

Until poverty, ignorance and cruelity becames a dominant trait among those who are of the paler hue, "White" will always be white.
