As per Article 1 Section 6 of the United States Constitution he is not eligible. Same reason Hildabeast wasn’t eligible.
But as someone once said: WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE?
My Congressman told me that they had “voted to rollback her Senator salary” so it would all be legit. Art 1 Sec 6 doesn’t say “unless the salary is rolled back”
