Its a mixture of wealthy and poor. The people you see without power are the poor or lower middle class. The wealthy aren’t going to sit in their home without power. They will have another home to stay at.
The unions turned away electricians who came in from Tennessee and points beyond. I’m sure FEMA’s response is still Bush’s fault.
