Pro-life ping!
You wouldn’t know it from the local D.C. news. Total media blackout.
All the local networks are leading the news hour with breathless reporting about one inch of snowfall, early release from schools (overworked teachers, just off a 3-day weekend, now heading into 4.5 days off), and the fact that the snow isn’t good for making snowballs or snowmen.
There are some road closures due to the march, but they weren’t mentioned, even during rush hour.
A non-event because of zero media coverage. There is zero chance of RvW being overturned. The current administration is staunchly pro-death.
BTTT!
The MSM won’t touch this.
No one will hear about this unless we march into the HQ of ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, CNN, etc. and B-slap their newsreaders.
We have such a propaganda machine in place than nothing short of force can penetrate it.
In 2009, Obama attracted a crowd of 1.8 million to his first Inauguration. This year, his Inaugural crowd shrank to 1 million.
By contrast, 2009’s March for Life drew an estimated crowd of 250,000, while this year’s MFL crowd doubled to 500,000.
Life is on the march.
Bravo!!!!!!!!
Where did the count of 500,000 come from? If it came from the parks people it may be way low. I don’t trust their numbers at all.
Not being covered by the media seems to have very little effect on the results of these marches.
I’ve been to the Tea Party march, Glenn Beck’s 8/28 and the march against Obamacare 2 years ago and all had hundreds of thousands. I doubt that it’s the same people either. All have jobs and really have to do some schedule juggling to attend just one.
Half a million prolifers march for life, and I didn’t see a single article in any newspaper. Not a peep from the TV talking heads...not even FOX.
Congrats to the pro-Life movement for making such wonderful advances in the past five years, especially among the young. The movement is so strong now, that it will not be deterred by a mendacious media.
