Your might be. Mine wasn’t. When I didn’t like what was going on in the school I didn’t try to use government to force them to do anything. I manned up and put my kid in a private school. No, I wasn’t rich. I just ate a lot of mac & cheese. Soccer moms and too often what passes for “conservatives” want to have government schools be free range daycare. Failing that, they want Nerf World where all the corners are rounded off and everyplace must be their version of child friendly because they don’t want to actually do what it takes to raise their children.
