Think you are right on this one...there was a time when Taiwan was ‘unbeatable’ in LL World Series and I think they even changed the rules to ‘guarantee’ an American team in the finals, which wouldn’t be necessary if it was strictly American.
Do WE partake in the German LL World Series etc...?
Also think one of the countries involved with the age thing was it was claimed everyones birthday was Jan 1 or something like that?
