Did you see the news story about the guy at the Mon Valley Republican HQ who flew the flag upside down yesterday? He apparently got a lot of flack.
If not I'm walking home...not fun.
Meanwhile the Durango goes in for inspection Thursday...woohoo!
As far as the debacle in DC...I didn't watch a minute of the cr@p!
No! Good for him! I was just saw the post about the guy who walked in the inaugural parade with an upside down flag as well. That distress signal is truer than anybody realizes!

To me it's as insulting as burning a US flag as a form of protest.
What if a "brave patriot" protest the outrage of the Obama administration by burning a flag along the parade route.
People can do what they want but I find it in extremely poor taste.
I’d say we ARE in dire circumstances. Can it get worse? Yes. But I fear for our country. I won’t fly my flag upside down, but I feel helpless to do anything. Our representatives are not representing us.

Ugh! Listening to the sound bytes of obama and his worshipers! Blech! Disgusting!
I refuse to pay attention to those sound bites. Also the stupid dtuff they kept plsying all night...James Taylor, some girl from Idol IIRC, and Beyounce or whatever her name is. It makes me wznt to spit!
That said I made it home no problem. Took the blankets off and Ssturn starrted right up. It doesn’t feel as cold out as they are saying.
My home weather station is reading steady at 7.7 degrees, 30.03 barometric pressure and 33% humidity.
BTW the traffic gal at my station was telling me she and her husband went to a gun show over the weekend. They wanted to get a home defense weapon.
The line was blocks and blocks long to get in. Eheen they finally did get in they found something they wanted but had to go through the ID check. After 2 hours of waiting they gave up and went to get something to eat. When they got back they were told it would take at least another hour. The sellers all claimed they were getting nothing but busy signals on the fed phone lines.
They also said it’s been that way everywhere since the election.
The traffic girl said something to the effect that she couldn’t believe so many people were sfraid of the government. I said it wasn’t we’re afraid but we’re mad as hell and won’t take it any more.

The sound that grates me is the one of BO saying we have to do things collectively. Another spit at the radio momennt!

Meanwhile I iust finished a big bowl of my lamb stew and am now heating up a big bowl of Mrs p6’s vhicken soup.
The cold made me hungry, LOL!
No kidding! I’ve put on most of the weight I lost for the wedding last year. I’ve had my bread machine out and I’ve used it a couple of times a week for the past month. Seems like the cold weather makes you want to cook and bake! lol!
I couldn’t take it yesterday when they were airing the Immaculation on the cafeteria tvs at lunch. I can’t believe there are still so many people taken in by this fraud.
Did they go to the gun show at Pittsburgh Mills? I saw the long lines on television.
I amso stuffed! Just finished me bowl of soup. Mrs p6 is leaving for work and shaking her head at me because I ate so much.
Now I’m getting sleepy...
Yes, I think that was it! She also claimed everyone was buying “fully automatic AK47 assault guns.” I tried to explain that they couldn’t be fully auto and asked her what an assault weapon was. She said she didn’t know and has no clue when it comes to guns. I replied that’s exactly why she shouldn’t have one. At least without EXTENSIVE training!
