Thank you for your response. It is also a tendency of cocaine and meth users to chew gum to hide the 'grinding' problem (at least from their own conscience).

I don't lay the sins of the father on the children. It is my guess that between all the private schooling, and the fact that those two girls are probably not even around their mother and father that much , that they are likely very cultured young ladies. I have never seen anything from them to suspect otherwise.
