Mickelson needs to move instanter. Here’s the top five comments from the article:

Doug Orvis · Top Commenter · Washington, District of Columbia

If Phil leaves California, he won’t be able to get cheese made from Happy California Cows to go with that whine of his.

Does this mean Phil will have to cut back on his private jet rides? Hang in their buddy, we feel your pain.

He needs a new CPA and financial advisor if he is paying 63% in income taxes. Plus if he is including property tax on his $20m home in Rancho Santa Fe, that is completely disingenuous with a simple solution, move into a less expensive home and pay less property tax.

Michelson only speaks of “income”, not “write-offs”, which his property tax is. We can’t generate any kind of opinion until we see the whole picture. But right now, I don’t feel sorry for him.

He should leave CA now before they put up a wall to keep the taxpayers from leaving.

Hell, they'll just tax everyone an exit tax as they leave. 100% of their earnings for the last 12 months. /s

Some dweeb on the golf channel made a similar comment this morning. Just totally pathetic. He has been paying California taxes for ~20 years. Phil has probably paid more taxes in one month as that dweeb journalist will pay in a lifetime.

I read an article by George Will this morning where he states that the Roberts interpretation on the tax issue in fubocare may mean the death of it...

He specifically mentions the way the decision was written, and kinda hints at the way Roberts deceived the libs on the court with his ruling..

The news pundits are starting to catch on!!!!!!

I’d adore being a serf. Their tax rate was 25%. I aspire to serfdom.

Hell If I was he I would locate to wherever my taxes were the lowest including outside of the USA. 60% plus of your income going to Obama, and the liberals in Kalifornication is just ludicrous!

Good on Him I say! Starve the beast however you can do it!
