I was driving for 6 hours this morning and just got home. So, haven’t had to listen to his irritating staccato voice and have no plans on turning on the idiot box today.
Or, as another Freeper put it, "Dependence Day."
?? No what doesn't?
Pardon the ambiguity.
I'm understanding more and more why Elvis had to get a new tv.
Took my daughter to lunch . Moes had it on the TV I put my back to it and enjoyed my lunch with my lovely girl. Now I’m watching the Alamo.
AH I understand. Cataracts and the beginnings of macular degeneration tend to limit accuracy
I’ve long since quit listening to the news on TV and Radio. There’s hardly a spits worth of difference between parties and they all can’t wait to get to a microphone to lie about something. As for television news, it’s mostly the same; lying about lies. No facts, just agenda.
I listen to the Dana Show sometimes when I drive, otherwise I read online and form my own opinions. If I have the TV on in the evening, I watch shows where I might hear something witty and intelligent like King of Queens. (Irony in case you’re wondering..)
Do you have cataracts? Had one on both eyes removed last year and am now seeing 20/20 with glasses. Could do without glasses for far sight but there is some correction for distance in glasses, but must have them for reading.
If cataracts are your problem, get ‘em fixed in case of civil war so you can see your target. :o)
I turned on Fox thinking there might be some worthwhile commentary on the inaugural speech... instead I got Chuck Schumer toasting Plugs. After about 15 seconds, I decided it wasn’t worth watching.
No news better than Liberal Propaganda and Obama Butt Kissing. If I want real news I will click onto the Press in the UK or Pravda.
LOL
"The second inauguration of Ronald Reagan as the 40th President of the United States was held privately on January 20, 1985 and publicly on January 21, 1985. " - Wikipedia
Obama is actually the seventh president who has had an inauguration ceremony on a Monday when their term actually began over the weekend.
Yes, I watched The Smurfs instead of Dear Leader.
I had a Boy Scout Troop campout with my son this weekend and spent most of the day returning from the trip, so I got to miss out on all of the “fun”.
yes and worse - still shopping around for the best place to get the cataracts fixed.
