It was dark when my husband got up, and since it was 4 degrees he decided to take all three dogs out at once, with only the youngest on leash. When they all walked out to the front yard there was a small herd of deer there. Our female took off after them into the woods. My husband had to quickly haul the two males inside and run back to chase our feisty female. She had a big grin on her face as they came back to the house.
