I have had similar thoughts about this, and the Aurora massacre as well.
Think about it.
“Fast and Furious” was probably a plot against the 2nd Amendment, but it backfired.
“Benghazi” was probably a pre-election plot to fake a rescue, or perhaps a plot against the 1st Amendment (that silly video business), but it backfired.
I get tons of junk email everyday that I did not sign up for. How easy it would be to slip in a suggestion to a disturbed individual who advertises his instability and hatred on the Internet?
In the Book “1984” the ubiquitous “Telescreens” were everywhere, and were not only broadcasting, but RECEIVING information.
I do believe George Orwell had a prophetic vision of the Internet being used as a tool of the oppressors.
Incredibly easy. Just look at FR, where we have FReepmail. I suspect the sites Lanza frequented had, and probably still have, similar features. Thus, a "developer" working for the Regime would only have needed to mail him through such a feature to learn how serious he was, what this hatreds were, and the resources he had available to perpetrate a massacre. Having determined what a ripe candidate he was, the developer would have worked to sharpen and direct his hatreds, enabling Lanza to be aimed at the Sandy Hook school, much like a missle fired from a drone.
Bingo. There are certain people on certain medications that have certain side affects - delusion, violence, and/or suicide, and these are the people who could easily be manipulated into doing horrible things. All it takes is a "nudge" by people on the other side of their computer screen.
BTW, these drugs are being given by the government schools to young American males by the millions (hint hint).
Not really. Ask the average Obama voter about F&F and he or she will respond with "another reason we need to ban assault weapons".
This is becoming a very interesting read. Thanks for the ping, ML!
