It is indeed. See photo at my link in post 30. The weapon is packaged with Spanish subtitles, clearly implicating the Mexican mafia, and it depicts Hello Kitty, the most notorious macrocephalic seducer of youth since Betty Boop.
It is obviously one of those "scary" assault weapons.
