I feel so bad for conservatives in Mass. That state is truly a lost cause. It’s not right!

During recent years, whenever I hear the terms “common sense” and “comprehensive” come from the mouth of a politician, it just makes me want to run like hell in the other direction!

Whata ya say we restrict the gasoline on Deval Patricks SUV?
Whata ya say we restrict car ownership on this Ahole? isn’t he legally blind?

Deval you have no business driving that tank ruining the planet, potentially mowing down old ladies and lil chiruns!!

I’m one of those you’re feeling sorry for. It’s all largely benign, the ammo is probably armor piercing rounds. The worst of it is a separately filed bill that would require gun owners to hold liability insurance. I pray to God that doesn’t pass.

I’ve been talking to recruiters about Texas. I don’t want to be anywhere near tornadoes though and not near liberal Austin. Need suggestions here.

I was just thinking the same. I’m just not sure there’s any saving to the northeast.

I think conservatives in that part of the country should consider moving to flyover country and denying the northeast those electoral votes.

What are the chances of anyone in need of mental health, no matter what kind, seek it now?

The school shooting happened in CT. Have they imposed any crazy gun laws yet? Mass & NY seemed too quick to draw.

Don’t overlook the rest of the country. Depending on what you can do and what sort of place you like, you might find someplace to call home in the midwest.

Wow. Are the States starting to split up? States with gun rights and states without?

Wonder if this will be a turning point in the history of the US.

It is not really really bad yet. But liberal states may try to push for more authoritarian rule.

...prevents the furnishing of a machine gun to any person under the age of 21.

I didn't know that machine guns were legal in Mass. Only state in the Union where they are. sarc>

You’re kidding yourself. “Armor-piercing” for these thugs starts at .22 magnum.

"Amend the existing law addressing weapons on school grounds by creating tiered punishments for possessing different weapons on school property and giving police the authority to arrest without a warrant in order to quickly diffuse a dangerous situation on school property."

Why the hell would you want to spread a dangerous situation over a larger area? Another "journalist" that can't write. This kind of crap really bothers me. (Just for the record- I only have a high school education).

diffuse[ dih-fyooz; dih-fyoos ] verb (used with object)
1. to pour out and spread, as a fluid.
2. to spread or scatter widely or thinly; disseminate.
3. to spread by diffusion

At least 47% of voters get all of their news from these idiots.

I’m in computer software so choices are limited. I need land. I have six plus acres here, would want more.

“Machine gun” = any semi-auto rifle. Don’t you know that?

I can buy it out of state. Under the Firearms Owners Protection Act I can transport ammo across state lines as long as it’s secured.

Austin does have liberals, but not even in the same ball park as communist Mass.

Oh... and to you thousands of hunters in the state that never got involved because “they’ll never take my hunting rifle so who cares,” guess what? Your hunting ammo is included in “armor-piercing!” Better get started learning to hunt with a bow or hatchet.

Austin is merely a blip on the screen in TX, even though its the capital.
Tornados aren’t that big a deal either.
You are way more likely to be killed by a lightening strike.
But then again I’ve lived here in Texas a long time.
If I had to move states I would say Utah is a good one as far as gun freedom goes.
