I think they’re gonna run into a problem with “Minneapolis Star v. Minnesota Comm’r - 460 U.S. 575 (1983)” since the 2nd amendment is so fundamental.
If you can’t have a special ink tax for the printing press because it violates the 1st amendment then it would seem that would carry over.

Bingo!! If they can get away with this kind of tax then they can have an extra tax on Newpapers and Radios.
