I dunno. I am thinking when push comes to shove that only the South will stand, ans who knows for how long even they will be able to hold the line.
It concerns me that we are still not organizing together. Maybe it’s better we don’t. We become a clearer target organized. That’s the purpose of these registration changes, all folded into the Obamacare spy machine.

Wil l even the south stand? NY sure as hell isn’t standing up for hteir rights-
[[It concerns me that we are still not organizing together.]]
Which is precisely why I asked you whjat I did- The south, east, midwest, west should ALL be organizing i nsuch a strong manner that NY and our government get the loud and clear message that Nope- Not on our watch you’re not goign to take away our guns or enact impossible laws on our watch!- period!”
NOONE is organizing
[[Maybe its better we dont. We become a clearer target organized]]
I dissagree- years ago the fed gov attmepted to push some assinien lawe on Aemrica, and states immedfiately banded together and said they would NOT compyl with hte obvious violation fo hte constitution=- and hte govenrment was forced to back down because the government got hte message that if they wetre goign to violate the people’s rights, the peopel were goign to take mattrers into their own hands and protect their rights the way our founders enabled us to- through force if necessary- but preferably through non violent civil disobedience measures liek a concerted effort to withhold tax payments, brign class action lawsuits, refuse to comply- etc etc-
IF enoguh peopel organize, it CAN and will work- that is the power of the peiople IF they want to retain their rights- But again- I see noone organizing anywhere- not even in the south- After unconstitutional laws get passed- even in the south, it’;s too late, because the peopel won’t motivate themselves to fight it-
For sure if the NRA, GOP, and other organizations don't start putting their money where their mouth is and put out ads. It's clear the press is for Obama, repeating ad naseum phrases like "gun violence" or "gun lobby" to mold public opinion. We honestly have to get smart and get our own phrases out there. It's about "freedom from an oppressive government" or "fighting tyranny".
If we keep playing nice, don't commission focus groups to find ways to reach the American public and fight back, if we don't call them any names for fear of looking bad (like they just did with the NRA ad that didn't even call names) we are going down. When some idiot news freak comes out with something like "NRA targeted President's kids" we have got to start calling them out by name. Make them publicly defend their twisted reporting. As is they are free to use the word "targeted" without consequence. Words have power and we're letting thm run the board with their spin.
