“Violence control” is good, now how best to attach it to, say, the T.E.A. party people? After the NRA, aren’t those the most violent people out there? < /sarc >

Now it is obvious, that the individuals that have gone on these mass shooting rampages are, in at least 90% or more of the time, persons with disturbed mental processes. By snatching them through the cracks, these unbalanced individuals have managed to get hands on some fairly concentrated firepower.

Yet there is no real plan to get these individuals identified or corralled yet. There used to be a fairly comprehensive system of committing the very unstable or erratic ones for at restraint, or possibly some effective treatments could be applied. But in recent years, these troubled persons have won “civil rights” in the courts, and it is a near impossibility to intervene in a practical manner in many instances. OK, so they are supposed to be taking some kind of medication to quiet their inner demons, and while they maintain the regimen, not a problem. But through either neglect, or defiance, they stop taking the medicine, and discover, life is SO much more exciting and interesting. Fact is, they ENJOY their exercise of madness, and revel in it. It is while they are in their irrationally exuberant stage, that they, thinking themselves some sort of supernatural being, undertake these really horrific assaults and seemingly, without regret of any kind.

Trouble is, once the mind-control freaks figure this one out, they will apply the old remedies on a subjective, case-by-case basis, not exercised against the truly and profoundly insane, but against ANYBODY who chooses to express any kind of opinion that dissents from the majority beliefs. Or even from protected minority beliefs.

Which means, that attempts to control the violent among us, may very quickly turn into an attempt to smother ALL “deviant” behavior, i.e., not conforming to the “approved” list of exceptions. Thus, to be openly homosexual, which is on the “approved” list, is acceptable. But to disapprove of homosexuality, is to place the individual in the “hate” list, and is not acceptable, therefore potentially a violent individual and subject to extraordinary restraint.

You see which way they have set up the Alinsky-like ratchet, so it only works in THEIR favor, and admits of no compromise or adjudication.

Secession from this vipers’ nest looks like a better and better option all the time.
