Ok so my doctor ask me if I have guns and I say no

Doctor ask joe blow if he has guns and he says no and then goes on a shooting rampage and kills several people - can the victims sue the doctor ?
Step 1: meet with your lawyer and set up a gun trust (either title 1 or title 2 NFA)
2: put all of your firearms on a schedule A or B within the trust.
3: When doc or any agent of the state ask if you own guns, legally and ethically you can say, "My wife and I do not personally own firearms". ( because the property is a separate trust asset)
I’m not a lawyer, but I don’t see how, given the patient lied to his doctor.
Why bother with all of that just for a doc’s question. LIE TO HIM! You’re not under oath, he’s not a member of any police force, etc. You have no duty whatsoever to tell your doc the truth...and unless you are suffering from a gunshot wound, guns and the reason you’re there are utterly unconnected.
Just practice saying “no” with a straight face. Don’t make any problems, don’t play any games, don’t say “no” with a big smirk on your face or a wink, just say it and leave after you’re done. Time to stop talking about The Second Amendment and start seriously thinking about using it for what it’s really for. This government under Obama means to become over-reaching and tyrannical.
Pretty soon we will all be talking like lawyers: “Doctor, I respect your 1st Amendment rights, but in order to protect my 2nd Amendment rights I exercise my 5th Amendment rights.”
