You have got to be kidding me. It says right there, you posted it, it’s not hard to understand.
Where is the word “specifically”? Really? That was my word as in the cop said “ONE RIFLE AND A SHOTGUN” that’s pretty damn specific. Or maybe you would just call it “Nitpicky”
The officer is either singling out the rifle and shotgun as part of the "multiple weapons" -- thus the use of the word "multiple" meaning more than two. Or by multiple weapons he means the "handguns".
Either way -- the rifle is identified as being there on the dispatch within 15 minutes.
