HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT/WKYT) - Authorities say a deadly shooting on the campus of Hazard Community and Technical College was likely a domestic situation that "just wound up in the parking lot of the community college."A man and woman were shot and killed and a female teen wounded in the shooting that police say involved a semi-automatic pistol.
"We just don't know who they are at this time," Hazard Police Chief Minor Allen told reporters. But authorities do not believe those involved were students or connected to the college. Authorites believe the man killed was in his 50s and the woman killed was in her late 20s to early 30s.
