That place was Harlem North back in the mid 80s.
Made the mistake of crossing the river from St. Joe and might just have well flown in to Lebenon. Nothing but boarded up shops and roving unkempt “residents”
In order to get a direct non-stop flight at a reasonable rate, one of my sons had to drive my very sick son to Newark NJ from Long Island today. I saw the folks who got off the flight with him. Kinda scary. Is this a similar place?
