Clinton was neutered when he was impeached. He only recently is regaining any stature.

Unfortunately, the House *leader* - along with other Pub *leaders* - have not even come out with a statement condemning 0 & Co for their latest attack on our 2nd Amendment rights. McConnel's office said he's been too busy with his out of country travels to make a statement on this! Amazing!

If they (Bonehead, et al) will not even defend our Constitutional rights, what makes you think they'll bring about and follow through with impeachment?

yes, that is correct. he was indeed neutered. he had two more years (essentially) left in his second term, and he got very little done in those two years.

Also, only two presidents have ever been impeached, and the senate failed to remove in both cases. So, it is not just the modern day senates who failed to remove. It has NEVER happened.

The question is: would THIS House impeach him? they have enough votes, that is for sure, with a straight party-line vote.
