Robert Bork, who served as a tank commander in Korea during the Korean War (and was grilled by certain Senate Democrats for taking a leave from law school to do so) said that if he were innocent he would prefer a court-martial, if he were guilty, he would prefer a civilian jury.

I believe that women jurors are far more prone to acquit, in general, than men.

And what about the Menendez brothers batting their eyelashs at female jurors?

Gimme a break!

When I read this article I thought of two things; Debra Lafave and the Menendez brothers. I well remember Rush saying that women should not be allowed on the juries where the defendants are good looking young men.

I still don't know how anyone could find Debra Lafave guilty(sarcasm alert)
