I don’t know-my hubby always buys it online. It’s just the whole idea -skirt the constitution-hey you can keep your guns-just wont be able to get any ammo-which isn’t in the second amendment. Bleh! Wasn’t the revolutionary war fought over a tax on tea? How much more important is this stuff?
