It’s within Congress’s authority (AND RESPONSIBILITY) to impeach him for not upholding his oath to protect and defend the Constitution. As a matter of fact, it’s long overdue.

I don't think Bonehead et.al doesn't have the stones to do it and he will never be convicted in the Senate to think otherwise is foolish. This is what the GOP gets with milquetoast moderate Mass republican't governors.
