Obama's misstep here on the
" infringement" of our Constitutional right to bare arms is likely an Obamaisk diversionary tactic to keep
Benghazi Gate and
Fast & Furious on the back pages. John Kerry would "clean" this skullduggery up??? What planet do 'they' think we're on...........
Good on Wyoming for standing tall in the face of Washington tyranny!!!

Now that should work if they manage to pass it.

Yo’, calling Governor Rick Perry, listen up. If you can’t lead, follow Wyoming’s example.

How are the property values there?
I would like a small place in the middle of ten acres, out in the country.

I like it. If they can pull this off, the next step is to do the same to imcome tax and the IRS.

Even I like the prospects of having property in Wyoming.
And I live in Alaska.

Obama fancies himsel to be Lincoln, I wonder if he will decide to reinforce Fort Sumter again (figuratively speaking)?

This should be interesting.
After making this grandstand play does the WY legislature have the cajones to get in zero’s grill and pass it??
I’m going to buy a bit more popcorn in the hopes that they do. This could be fun to watch!

...calls for federal agents who attempt to enforce those measures to be imprisoned for at least one year and up to five years, and fined a maximum of $5,000. If the legislators in Wyoming are really serious about it, they'd go further, and make clear that because federal agents who attempt to enforce such rules would be acting without any legitimate Constitutional authority, an attempt to enforce such rules by forcibly detaining someone would constitute kidnapping, breaking into an unoccupied dwelling would constitute burglary, breaking into an occupied dwelling for the purpose of accosting persons therein would be robbery, etc. If anyone dies as a consequence of such crimes, the charge would be murder. Additionally, if the state can provide clear and convincing proof that such actions were taken in collaboration with other people from outside the state, it would be authorized to regard that as evidence of extreme flight risk, and deny bail on such basis.
