For example, both locally and nationally, in some African-American neighborhoods, we have black males killing other black males with guns in alarming numbers.

Guess what, those same black males are also beating, raping, and killing whites in alarming numbers.

Remove black perp crime from the statistics and the United States magically becomes one of the safest countries on Earth. Although I will grant that crazy white males have a penchant for being serial killers and mass shooters.

So maybe, just maybe, we could have an open discussion about addressing thuggery in the black culture and psychopaths in the white culture.

Robert Ressler of the FBI wrote a book about serial killer statistics. In it, he quotes that blacks make up 20% of serial killers, far above their numbers in the general population.
