I should think they're playing to Democratic voters more than trying out con-law dodges to get around 2A. They will not succeed at that.

New York, California, New Jersey (Demmie state legislators foaming at the mouth to get Christie to DO SOMETHING!!!), Iowa (the other Demmie whackjob state legislator), Maryland (we'll get something hilarious out of them).

They want a stampede.
