I am the last person that will ever "cheer on" anything the State does. My animus toward "The State" is barely bridled. But it is bridled, for good reason. There are lines that cannot be crossed without catching hell for it. He crossed that line by publicly issuing a video wherein he made threats against the physical safety of others.
If Tennessee law requires charges be brought to rescind a CCP, then he has a case and can fight back. I don't know. I am not a lawyer in TN.
Nonetheless, I am not going to hold up as an example for RKBA someone whose disposition is such that they do what he did.
