there are some requirements for a fha loan - stuff like ‘entrances must have gutters above them’ - the house has to qualify as well as the person taking the loan

Yep. An FHA is similar to a VA loan. It’s backed by the government, but you must qualify for the loan, and the house must meet local, state and federal codes.

Don’t forget that we learned that the Obama administration has already said that there would beno digital application for healthcare exchanges, that the dead tree versions are the only way people willbe able to apply for Obamacare coverage and benefits. The purpose is to slow down the process and make it more difficult.
