This is one reason, and only one reason I believe if Boehner has the guts, he would adjourn the House and refuse to go back into session.Counterproductive. Obama would merely use this as justification to issue Executive Orders.

Adjourn the House and call into play all the illegal things taking place within the zer0 crowd and the senate. The list is longer than the halls of congress.
