Hey, SC is high on my list of places to move from NJ to! Wife has issues with fire ants though.

Living in SC and bugs kinda go hand in hand. Any reputable exterminator will be able to handle it for you.

I’ve lived here in the woods in Aiken County (near Augusta, GA) for 10 years. Fire ants have never been a problem.
